Scroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business related degree; equivalent combination of education and work experience will also be considered5+ years of related experience, including B2B marketing/member experience, and project managementSkills and AbilitiesStrong knowledge in Commercial products and B2B/B2C marketingExperience project managing with use of document management systems (Robohead, WorkFront, etc)Detail-oriented with strong organization skills to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlinesDemonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignmentsAbility to work independently and seek alignment and solutions to problemsDemonstrated experience using data tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, PowerBI and document management tools) to drive work progress, track trends, monitor performance and proactively identify issues and gapsWell-developed analytical skills to evaluate trends, KPIs and develop appropriate course of actionAbility to build collaborative relationships within the organization and work cross-functionally to meet business needsThis position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated office – Twin Cities – for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.The full salary range for this position is $67,100 - $115,100. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
