Job Description: Infosys is seeking a GIS Consultant with a strong utility and GIS domain background to play a techno-functional lead role in implementing GIS solutions for Electric Utilities using the Esri technology platform. This includes ArcGIS Enterprise, WebApp Builder for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Experience Builder, Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Monitor, Collector for ArcGIS, Survey123, and Field Maps. Candidates should have experience implementing GIS solutions in North American Utility markets. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with top industry talent to create innovative, high-quality, and defect-free solutions tailored to client needs. The position may require relocation and travel to project sites. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; equivalent experience considered At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology 10 years of experience in implementing GIS solutions for utilities Experience working closely with business stakeholders on geostatistical analysis, geoprocessing, and geocoding tools Strong experience with ArcGIS Enterprise Platform, including Portal for ArcGIS, Experience Builder, WebApp Builder, and Esri mobile technologies like Field Maps and Survey123 Exposure to US regulated and de-regulated markets Experience leading development teams and working with client teams/SMEs through project lifecycle Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills Preferred Skills and Experience: Extensive GIS industry experience and ESRI technologies expertise At least 6 full-cycle utility (Power) GIS implementations with hands-on functional and deployment experience Experience developing web-based GIS applications, including custom widgets, testing, and migration Knowledge of system integration patterns, including SOA (e.g., SAP) Ability to perform AS IS and TO BE process modeling, CRPs, and product fitment Support for cross-functional IT projects reliant on GIS technology Spatial data management experience with disparate datasets from multiple systems Leadership in guiding development teams and client collaboration Deep understanding of Esri Utility Data Models aligned with North American standards Experience working within Agile/SAFe methodologies Application process:
