Fremont, CA (virtual flex -- going in office 1x/month) Must Haves: 8-10+ years of experience supporting a digital transformation program, handling communications, strategizing, and delivery Experience with ERP implementations Proficient in MS Office Experience working cross-functionally with leadership or C-suites Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field Plusses: Background experience in a capital equipment, manufacturing, or semiconductor environment Day-to-Day: Our client is looking for a Communications Specialist to join their team and assist with all things communications for the digital transformation program. In this role, you would be responsible for communication, planning strategic, delivery timeline, and necessary theme/road mapping. You will collaborate across DT Communications Lead, TCM, and necessary functional teams to ensure alignment to timely delivery of communications. The day-to-day responsibilities can include developing communication content, providing regular updates on DT, assessing program effectiveness, deploying communication content, and interpreting relevant information from various sources. The overall goal is to plan, develop and implement messaging for promotion of product awareness. Seniority level
