MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support company-wide excellence by actively enhancing and simplifying the client experience. Lead marketing programs for all products and offers by planning and developing marketing content for campaigns and lead generation, including sales and partner channels. Collaborate with business leaders to understand target strategies and schedules, ensuring successful client acquisition cycles. Drive the sales cycle by developing, maintaining, and communicating marketing content across targets, products, and regions. Expand industry knowledge by collaborating with internal experts and following industry organizations. Manage multiple projects effectively, meeting deadlines with accuracy and efficiency. Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Effective collaboration across all organizational levels and disciplines. Good judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties independently. Confidentiality and discretion. Problem-solving skills under pressure. Ability to adapt to change. Integrity, honesty, and ethics. Attention to detail with strategic thinking. Teamwork orientation and customer focus. Sense of urgency and deadline-driven mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud. Education Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience. MBA/Master's degree preferred. Work Experience Minimum of 5 years in marketing; MBA preferred. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of B2B technology marketing, especially in high-speed internet, networking, security, cloud, voice, unified communications, and TV products/services. WORKING CONDITIONS Office environment.
