preferred Solid proficiency in HTML/CSS to assist with email or web page coding (this could be 50% of time). Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities. A strong portfolio showcasing examples of work is required; an online portfolio is mandatory. Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer creating artwork and design layouts from concept to final approval and implementation. Strong understanding of composition, color, hierarchy, and balance Experience with planning and implementing branding and visual standards. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite such as: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, After Effects, etc. Care in craftsmanship with acute attention to creative detail such as typesetting, color themes, and image cropping. Exceptional creativity and innovation Detail-oriented, with strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines. An understanding of the latest trends and their role Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with 3D software such as KeyShot, Blender, or similar tools is highly valued. Proven experience in responsive email design and a solid understanding of email marketing best practices. Familiarity with video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
