2-5 years Responsibilities: Lead client engagements to discover, consult, and guide knowledge transformation projects using eGain’s novel Knowledge Method and our top-rated AI Knowledge Hub. Experience in content strategy, content management, or knowledge management. 1-2 years of leading enterprise client engagements (most eGain clients are large companies). Hiring Process:
“Easy with eGain” Aptitude section – GRE style test (60 minutes or less) Functional section – take-home assignment Next Step: Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office) Application:
