Location:
Buckley Space Force Base near Aurora, CO.
Position Duration and Dependency:
This position is initially for a one-year term, contingent upon contract award. The duration may be extended based on the performance of the successful candidate and the evolution of project requirements. Excellence in performance and contributions could potentially lead to opportunities beyond the lifetime of the initial contract.
Salary Range:
$75,000 – $95,000
Duties and Responsibilities:Work on an agile, government-led team to analyze business processes and create military-oriented training in support of Business Analysis functions and emergent Robotics Technology.Develop a comprehensive, enterprise-wide, tiered competency frameworkEnsure all training activities are represented in a tiered role-based access set of dashboards for individual trainees and managers at all echelons
Qualifications:Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years experience in instructional designProven track record of creatively interpreting, integrating, and disseminating large volumes of informationRelevant experience related to professional development content creation and/or business education, performance of business process definition, and business process modeling in a Talent Management/Human Capital environment highly desiredProficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and softwareFamiliarity with web and LMS delivery platformsDemonstrated knowledge of the ADDIE modelAbility to work effectively with SMEs to extract and transform knowledge into learner-centered trainingStrong attention to detail, ensuring minimal QA issues like typos and grammatical errorsAbility to adapt and respond to feedback, ensuring training objectives are consistently metExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Work Environment:This position does not require physical activities beyond a typical office environment. It does require computer use, web-based video communications, and telephone use.
Travel:No travel is required for this position
