The High's Marketing team is looking for a dynamic Coordinator to join our ranks and make an impact. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver with experience in project and stakeholder management. A background in copywriting and audience management is essential for crafting engaging newsletters and marketing materials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Project and Stakeholder Management (30%)
- Execute and monitor strategic marketing projects, while collaborating closely with the senior marketing manager in the planning phase.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Track and report progress. Identify risks and proactively troubleshoot against those risks.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and timely completion of tasks and projects. A deadline-oriented mindset will be key.
- Proactively manage issues and advocate for solutions that align with marketing goals, ensuring seamless collaboration across all stakeholders.
- Oversee the email and newsletter process from lead capture to deployment, developing workflows for various audiences.
- Stay updated on e-marketing trends and conduct customer surveys to drive engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure timely and accurate communication of museum offerings.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Generate innovative ideas and recommendations for campaigns.
- Work closely with the senior marketing manager to implement these ideas, using data to drive continuous improvement and relevance.
- Assist in distributing internal campaign reports to ensure all museum staff are informed of department efforts and outcomes.
- Gather media reporting inputs and collaborate with the manager to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- In partnership with manager, lead tactical efforts for activations and stunts that enhance audience engagement.
- Assist in planning events and photo shoots, ensuring smooth operations with vendors and security.
- Manage billing organization and contract compliance with department admin.
- Bachelor's degree and 1year of experience in marketing or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
- Strong skills in project management, communication (verbal and written) and meticulous organization. Ability to handle multiple projects at once is critical.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and some form of CRM tool; familiarity with Photoshop, Prospect2, Tessitura is a plus, but not a must.
- A proactive, adaptable approach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
