Graphic Artist Wanted

Coppermine is on the hunt for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented full-time graphic artist to join our dynamic team! If you're passionate about design and have the skills to create stunning visuals across both digital and print platforms, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines without compromising on quality.
2. Design and produce high-quality graphics for various digital and print media, ensuring they align with the brand's vision and objectives.
3. Edit and customize existing Adobe templates to fit specific project needs.
4. Develop engaging and visually appealing content tailored for social media platforms, staying up-to-date with trends and platform-specific requirements. Video creation skills are a plus!
5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and product teams, to bring creative concepts to life.
6. Maintain consistency in the brand's visual identity, ensuring all designs reflect the company's core values and messaging.

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates a diverse range of creative work.
2. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
3. A solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies, with the ability to create designs that resonate with online audiences.
4. Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively take feedback and iterate on designs.
6. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines without sacrificing quality.

*Some evening and weekend work is required for special events.

The Coppermine concept was founded by Alex Jacobs, a Baltimore entrepreneur. The goal of Coppermine is to house enough social, athletic, and creative activities for the entire family to enjoy and to offer the best programs for the infant child to the active senior that will allow each individual achieve excellence!
