Job Description:
We re seeking a
Sr. UX Writer
to help shape the
in-vehicle, mobile app, and web
experiences at Client. You ll craft smart, clear, and on-brand copy that balances user guidance with brand voice. This role requires
digital product writing experience, ideally with end-to-end flows .
Core Responsibilities
Own the words that shape how users experience client s vehicles, apps, and digital platforms. Work on in-vehicle interfaces, mobile app copy, and web user flows (e.g., online purchase journey). Collaborate closely with designers, PMs, and engineers in tools like Figma. Translate complex automotive/tech features into intuitive, human copy. Balance brand tone with usability, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable user experience.
What To Look For In Candidates
5+ years of UX writing/content design experience for digital products. Portfolio with end-to-end flows, not just marketing or editorial work. Proficient in Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace. Comfortable presenting and iterating based on feedback. Clear communication style; can simplify the complex. Ideally: has worked in tech, hardware, or automotive spaces.
Look for candidates with:
Experience in product teams, not just marketing or comms. Strong collaboration skills with designers and engineers. Ability to explain their process in portfolio reviews or interviews.
