The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is requested to elicit information regarding each candidate’s interest and experience in relation to this position. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills including reviewing and editing documents.Experience In:1. Training adults through eLearning computer-based training (CBT).2. Designing, developing, and evaluating eLearning trainings.3. Using a learning management system (LMS).4. Planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating projects.5. Managing, prioritizing, and meeting multiple deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.Knowledge Of:1. Adult learning theories.2. Instructional Design Models.3. Effective communication strategies.
