The Department of Motor Vehicles’ Learning and Development Branch is seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and analytical candidate who is passionate about designing and delivering eLearning courses, executing learning strategies and programs, and is proficient in e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS). If you are looking for a new and exciting career opportunity to leverage your skills with challenging, meaningful and rewarding projects, this is the place for you.Job Responsibilities:Evaluate and analyze Department training needs.Develop e-learning content and strategies.Develop new or revise existing course material.Coordinate and conduct training using a variety of innovative methods.Perform administrative work necessary to deliver specific training programs.Provide consultative services to department program areas.Review department training functions and processes with minimal supervision.Develop and present training programs.Desirable Qualifications:Strong verbal presentation skills.Interpersonal skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Experience in content development (eLearning).Instructional methodology and Learning Management Systems experience.Collaboration experience.Able to analyze complex matters and isolate critical issues.Able to develop effective courses of action to solve problems and create new ideas.Minimum Requirements:
