THE ROLE OF A COREPOWER YOGA STUDIO COORDINATOR As a Studio Coordinator (SC), you support the world-class CorePower Yoga studio experience, including coordinating studio operations and maintaining high health and safety standards. In alignment with our Core Values, you work alongside the Studio Manager to achieve results and sustained growth towards company and studio goals. This role is a part-time, entry-level position designed to help you learn the business and develop necessary skills. Studio Presence and Guiding the Student Experience Act as an ambassador of the CorePower Yoga Core Values and inspire these values in others Support the Studio Manager in achieving goals such as membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollment Commit to a flexible schedule of 18-29 hours per week in-studio, supporting operations, safety protocols, front desk, and team support (if certified to teach, support teaching) Serve as the point of contact for students and staff when the Studio Manager is unavailable Maintain studio supply inventory, cleanliness, amenities, and equipment to ensure an optimal experience Engage with the studio community, greet students by name, and foster a welcoming environment Support teachers with POS and pre/post-class duties Health, Safety, and Cleanliness Protocols Ensure the studio space meets cleanliness and safety standards, including environment, music, and equipment Communicate health protocols to students upon entry and during their visit Assist with studio cleaning, stocking amenities, and following cleanliness protocols Support coordination of the Studio Experience Team, including scheduling, training, and coverage Lead orientation for new team members and train on cleanliness and role expectations Act as liaison between the Studio Manager and teams, managing operational systems such as POS, reservation system, subbing app, HRIS, and help desk tickets Teaching Schedule Support the class schedule by teaching a minimum of 6 branded CorePower Yoga classes per week and assist with subbing as needed Skills & Experience Demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values Excellent communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills Customer service experience required Preferred: completion of Yoga Alliance 200-hour certification, Yoga Sculpt training Familiarity with studio systems (HRIS, POS, scheduling, payroll) Ability to build relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) College degree preferred Additional Requirements Availability matching business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to move around, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
