Job Purpose We are seeking a Website Content Specialist to support ongoing updates and enhancements to greatminds.org. In this role, you will be responsible for launching new web pages, updating existing content, and ensuring consistency across the site. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and content creators to deliver a polished, brand-aligned digital experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and excellent writing and communication skills. You take pride in maintaining a clean, accurate, and up-to-date web presence that reflects the quality of our work and mission.
Responsibilities Web Content Development Create and edit website pages using HubSpot’s content editor, HTML, and HubL to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
Conduct quality assurance checks, including: Functionality testing
Link validation
Page speed optimization
SSL/security verification
SEO compliance for pages authored by internal teams
Collaborate with copywriters and designers to integrate text, media, and visual elements into cohesive pages.
Landing Page Creation Build state-specific and curriculum review landing pages for RFPs and adoption cycles.
Develop lead-generation landing pages using HubSpot templates or custom code to drive conversions and engagement.
Template & Module Management Partner with internal design and dev teams to create or refine reusable page and blog templates.
Build custom modules using HTML, CSS, and HubL to support functionality needs across marketing and stakeholder pages.
Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
Assist in coordinating regular audits and reviews of existing pages with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Qualifications 1+ year of relevant experience in web content development or CMS management
Proficiency in HTML and working knowledge of CSS and JavaScript
Familiarity with HubSpot CMS (or comparable CMS)
Understanding of on-page SEO principles and best practices
Excellent written communication and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Required Education Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., web development, marketing, communications, or design) Status Full-time Location Remote
The expected base salary range for this position is $54,000-$59,000, however the offered salarymay be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives. A cover letter and resume are required to be considered for this position.
