The Role We are seeking an Executive responsible for driving proactive sales, securing media and sponsorship opportunities, creating new business lines, and supporting existing talent clients with their branded content needs. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of digital endemic and general entertainment knowledge, extensive experience in branding and media, a proven sales record, and high-level relationships within the brand and advertising sectors. Experience in digital media buying and working with content creators, especially selling digital video assets, is highly desirable. Responsibilities Act as a sales representative for CAA’s Digital Media client roster, focusing on premium offerings. Collaborate with department agents and executives to increase revenue and market coverage. Lead business growth strategies and develop solutions for new and existing clients. Develop revenue models including sponsorship and enterprise partnerships. Build brand solutions and product offerings encompassing Talent, Distribution, Data, Promotion/Marketing, and ROI measurement. Work with the team on positioning, sales strategies, pitch development, and partnership activations. Understand the client roster and product offerings to generate additional revenue streams. Lead, empower, and develop staff professionally. Support marketing and media planning, including sponsorships. Qualifications 7-10+ years in digital media, content, entertainment, or culture within a brand or agency environment, focusing on partnerships. Fluent in the creator economy marketplace. Strong network of brand and agency buyer executives. Proven track record in branded content and media sales. Deep knowledge of marketing, emerging media, consumer insights, and digital technologies. Experience with Talent, IP, and franchises. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, resourceful, innovative, and accountable. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple priorities. Understanding of distribution in branded entertainment campaigns. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally. Experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce). Proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote. Experience in digital media planning. Location This role is based in our New York office. Compensation The annual base salary ranges from $135,000 to $200,000, plus benefits and a discretionary bonus. Salary may vary based on experience, role, sector, and location.
