Creative, Digital & Marketing Recruiter at Creative Circle
Our client in the retail space is looking to hire a full-time Associate Creative Director to lead our creative team in executing brand strategies across various platforms. The Associate Creative Director will play a pivotal role in leading creative projects across various platforms, helping to usher in a new product line and period of growth for the company. The ACD will help shape and execute brand vision across multiple channels (print, in-store, social, email, etc.), with an emphasis on digital impact. The ACD will also help manage and support the graphic design team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital, print, and retail marketing, along with exceptional leadership skills to inspire and guide creative processes.
This is a full-time, direct hire role. Expectation is to work in their office in Acton, MA 4 days per week. 5 days will be required during photoshoot/heavier production weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of designers and creatives to deliver high-quality work that aligns with brand objectives.
- Develop and execute creative strategies for social media, digital marketing, print campaigns, and retail initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand execution across all channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform creative direction and strategy.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and vision behind each initiative.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an agency or brand environment.
- Proven track record of successful brand execution across social, digital, print, and retail platforms.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
