Experience, qualification, and soft skills, have you got everything required to succeed in this opportunity Find out below.We’re looking for a hard-working, motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Ad Platforms team, with direct support for two Directors. The ideal candidate is focused and willing to actively work behind the scenes to ensure that our leaders and their teams are functioning smoothly and efficiently. They will be highly organized and professional, resourceful, efficient, flexible and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong critical thinking and attention to detail are equally important.Description In this role, you will provide administrative support for two Directors, managing their calendars with precision, understanding priorities and ensuring the most efficient use of time. You will act as a strategic partner with the leaders to continually improve productivity. You will arrange travel; coordinate and manage meetings and offsite events. You will attend meetings capturing key decisions, tracking action items and working with assigned leaders to ensure appropriate follow-up. You’ll also work closely with our global administrative support team sharing best practices and recommending changes to ongoing processes in order to improve organizational efficiency. We are looking for someone who is able to understand the business and see the “big picture” — someone who can excel while working in a complex, fast-paced, and ever-changing work environment.Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 4-6 years experience supporting senior level management in an administrative capacity.Able to communicate effectively with senior executives, their assistants and employees across the team.Listening skills; ability to understand assignments and complete them with little to no follow-up from assigned leaders.Preferred Qualifications
Collaborative with a can-do attitude.Organized but flexible, with the ability to anticipate change, and to react efficiently and quickly.High level of integrity; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Superior verbal and written communication skills, with experience in creation and management of executive-level communications.Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and use own time to save time for others.Calm, friendly and professional demeanor at all times; diplomatic when saying no.Proficiency in Apple products and programs such as Calendar, Numbers and Keynote.At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $34.60 and $61.50/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
