Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer / Renderer to join our Creative Team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, design-driven individual who enjoys managing multiple projects across varying timelines. The position involves both 2D graphic design and 3D rendering, supporting internal teams and clients from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Rendering
- Import 3D CAD designs and enhance them using rendering software (e.g., Lumion).
- Apply/edit textures, objects, and lighting (ambient/theatrical).
- Determine optimal camera angles and animation techniques.
- Conduct post-processing in Adobe Photoshop or After Effects as needed.
- Collaborate with Designers and Lighting Designers to ensure visual accuracy.
Graphic Design
- Manage production graphics for events: set up specs, proofing, file formatting, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure materials and specs are communicated across project teams.
- Oversee the print production process and quality-check deliverables.
- Prepare installation documentation and visuals for the Project Managers.
- Assist with render graphics and internal marketing design as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- BFA in Graphic Design or Visual Communications (preferred)
- Associate degree in Graphic Design (considered with experience)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design and rendering skills
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite:
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- InDesign
- After Effects
- Premiere
- Illustrator
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn:
- Vectorworks
- Lumion
- Vinyl plotter/cutter tools
- Vectorworks
Additional Plus (Not Required)
- Event industry or theatrical design experience
- Photography experience
