We are currently seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator / Photographer to join our dynamic digital team. The ideal candidate has photography experience combined with 1-2 years of work experience in social media content creation and management, is creative, highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, and has a positive, can-do attitude. Experience in an agency setting is a plus. This position reports directly to our Senior Director of Digital Strategy and Senior Social Media Manager. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include: Designing and developing engaging social media graphics and Stories aligned with brand guidelines. Editing videos and developing Reels and TikToks. Designing the look & feel of social media profiles according to brand guidelines. Capturing content for clients locally (and in other markets, requiring some travel ~4x annually) Assisting with coordinating photo shoots, including photographer outreach, shot list, and moodboard development. Scheduling and publishing approved content across platforms. Handling community management by monitoring and responding to comments and DMs. Assisting with the management of influencer partnerships, including creative brief development, research, and outreach. Assisting with quarterly social media reports. Assisting with any other digital department tasks as needed. Required Qualifications: Background and experience in graphic design. 1-2 years of work experience in social media content creation and management. Understanding of the social media landscape, including key platform features and metrics across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills. Working knowledge of content creation, publishing, and reporting tools such as Canva, Sprout Social, etc. Highly organized and able to simultaneously manage multiple projects. Works well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Photography skills/experience is a plus. Only candidates with both social media and photography experience will be considered.
