Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Produce all SNP Penguins telecasts either on-site (home) or remotely (road.)
- Oversee storyline ideation and all aspects of production planning and execution.
- Produce, as assigned, other SNP live event broadcasts or studio shows on a fill-in basis, particularly but not limited to Pirates Baseball and/or Pirates studio coverage.
- Provide feedback and coaching to on-air talent and game production personnel.
- Work nights, weekends and holidays and travel as the production schedule requires.

Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of the Pittsburgh Penguins, the NHL and team and league history.
- Knowledge of the Pittsburgh Pirates, MLB and team and league history.
- Deep understanding of live sports production technology and its utility across a wide variety of situations and platforms.
- Storytelling creativity as relates to live sports coverage across platforms.
- Ability to function calmly and effectively in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Strong supervisory, leadership and collaboration skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
