- Video Production & Post-Production Support: Assist in the execution of video shoots, including setup, coordination, and on-site support, while handling post-production tasks such as editing, color correction, and basic sound design under the direction of the lead video strategist.
- Digital & Social Graphics Creation: Design and produce visually compelling graphics for digital flyers, web assets, social media platforms, and digital displays tailored to recruitment marketing and organizational campaigns.
- Brand Central Management & Training: Maintain and update internal Brand Central assets, ensuring consistency and accessibility, while providing training and support to team members on asset usage and best practices.
- Marketing Material Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to create additional promotional materials, including physical media, that align with recruitment and talent acquisition goals.
- Research & Support: Analyze performance data to support strategic recommendations for recruitment initiatives, working alongside leadership to refine talent strategies and organizational objectives.
- Cross-Platform Execution: Ensure all visual content is optimized for various platforms, maintaining brand consistency and quality across digital and physical mediums.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in video production and post-production, including proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong graphic design skills with expertise in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva, particularly for social media and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with managing digital asset libraries or content management systems (experience with Brand Central, WordPress, Drupal or similar platforms a plus).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for translating data into actionable visual strategies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- 30-40 hours a week depending on the workload
- Remote but will require 20% of travel
- Contract length: 6-months
