About the Role
We’re hiring our first-ever Creative Strategist to build and own the creative strategy function at DigiCom. This is a unique opportunity to create the playbook, define creative testing processes, and drive the creative vision that helps our clients grow.
You’ll be a key player in the intersection of creative, strategy, and performance marketing—using data to fuel concepts, messaging, and content that actually sells. If you’re someone who lives and breathes paid social ads and has a knack for connecting creative ideas to real results, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Develop conceptually rich, performance-driven creative strategies for paid social, display, native, and video ads.
- Lead creative strategy across various client accounts—from audience insights to creative briefs to post-launch analysis.
- Craft creative testing roadmaps to validate hooks, messaging angles, and formats.
Creative Briefing & Development
- Serve as the key liaison between our media buying/strategy teams and our creative teams.
- Write and deliver clear, actionable, performance-driven creative briefs that translate data insights into creative direction.
- Guide designers and video editors to execute creative that aligns with strategy and brand standards.
Creative Development & Optimization
- Write UGC and influencer scripts, headlines, ad copy, and creative briefs.
- Review and provide actionable feedback on content.
- Analyze creative performance data to inform iterations and optimizations.
Process Building & Leadership
- Build the creative strategy process from scratch—standardizing workflows that can scale across accounts.
- Collaborate closely with media buyers, designers, copywriters, and clients.
- Identify best practices and frameworks for creative that converts.
- Partner with clients to translate brand goals into creative outcomes.
- Present strategy, performance insights, and recommendations directly to clients and internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years experience in performance marketing creative strategy, ideally within an agency or fast-paced D2C environment.
- Deep knowledge of Meta and TikTok ad platforms.
- A test & learn mindset—you’re always hypothesizing, testing, and optimizing.
- Solid copywriting skills and an understanding of the video production process.
- Analytical chops: you can read a performance report and turn insights into actionable creative ideas.
- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and visual.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects.
- A keen eye for design and storytelling that sells.
- Bonus: Experience crafting UGC strategies or influencer-led campaigns.

Salary range: $65,000 - $70,000 per year.
