Responsibilities: Lead communication strategy development that leverages insights to generate and nurture leads and customers effectively across the customer lifecycle. Demonstrate passion for developing marketing campaigns utilizing CRM principles to maximize achieving client business goals. Develop deep insights into customer beliefs, attitudes, barriers, and drivers across the entire journey, leveraging secondary and primary research and social listening. Design customer experience programs using multiple channels and platforms as appropriate, including email, direct mail, mobile, and social media.
