Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities. Use dashboards to analyze influencer performance and derive data insights for growth strategies. Manage partnerships, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and scale creator programs. Support the For You Page operation of Local Services content, creator traffic, and campaign operations. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher. At least 3 years experience in agency creator management, creator strategy, or in-house creator/influencer operations. Excellent communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration. Ability to analyze data and derive insights. Preferred Qualification: Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
