About the Role

To accelerate our growth and deepen our community connections, Arena Club is seeking an experienced and passionate Community & Influencer Manager to join our team. This role is centered on overseeing our existing network of content creators and external content partners while strategically growing and expanding these valuable relationships. You will serve as the primary steward of our creator ecosystem, managing day-to-day partnerships while identifying new opportunities to amplify the Arena Club voice across platforms.

The ideal candidate will excel at relationship management and network expansion. You'll oversee our current roster of content creators, ensuring they have the support, resources, and direction needed to create compelling content that drives engagement and growth. Simultaneously, you'll be actively growing our network by identifying emerging talent, negotiating partnerships, and developing scalable systems to manage an expanding creator ecosystem. Your success will depend on your ability to balance hands-on creator management with strategic network development, all while maintaining authentic relationships that feel genuine rather than transactional.

Responsibilities

Creator Network Management

• Oversee and manage our existing network of content creators, influencers, and external content partners across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X)
• Serve as primary point of contact for creator relationships, providing ongoing support, feedback, and strategic direction
• Coordinate content briefs, campaign deliverables, and performance expectations with existing partners
• Monitor creator performance and engagement metrics, optimizing partnerships for maximum ROI and brand alignment

Network Growth & Expansion

• Actively identify, vet, and recruit new content creators and influencers who align with Arena Club's brand and community values
• Develop and execute strategies to scale our creator network across multiple tiers (micro, mid-tier, and macro influencers)
• Build relationships with talent agencies, creator collectives, and industry networks to expand our reach
• Create onboarding processes and partnership frameworks that enable rapid network growth while maintaining quality standards
• Develop creator partnership guidelines, compensation structures, and performance benchmarks
• Negotiate partnership terms and manage contract relationships with content creators
• Track and analyze partnership performance, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Create scalable systems and processes to efficiently manage a growing network of creator relationships

Community Engagement & Amplification

• Work closely with creators to amplify user-generated content and community-driven initiatives
• Foster authentic engagement between creators and the Arena Club community
• Coordinate creator participation in Arena Club events, product launches, and special campaigns
• Monitor creator content for brand compliance and community sentiment

Strategic Insights & Reporting

• Analyze creator network performance and provide regular reporting on partnership ROI and engagement metrics
• Identify trending content formats, emerging platforms, and new opportunities within the creator economy
• Collaborate with internal teams to align creator strategies with broader marketing and business objectives
• Provide insights on creator feedback and community sentiment to inform product and marketing decisions

A Day in the Life

As Arena Club's Community & Influencer Manager, you'll spend your day managing relationships across our creator network, from morning check-ins with top-performing partners to afternoon strategy sessions planning new creator recruitment campaigns. You'll review creator content performance, provide feedback and guidance to partners, and work on expanding our network by researching emerging talent in the sports card and collectibles space. Your day involves balancing hands-on relationship management with strategic planning, ensuring our existing creators have everything they need while continuously identifying new opportunities to grow our influence and reach.

Basic Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or partnership development
• Proven track record of managing and growing creator networks or influencer partnerships at scale
• Experience using data and metrics to optimize creator partnerships and drive measurable business results
• Deep knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X) and emerging creator economy trends
• Strong relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to nurture long-term partnerships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
• Experience with creator contract negotiation, partnership structuring, and performance tracking
• Ability to manage multiple creator relationships and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• High emotional intelligence and authentic passion for building meaningful professional relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with sports, gaming, collectibles, or hobby-focused brands and communities
• Previous experience scaling creator programs from small networks to large-scale partnerships
• Knowledge of sports card collecting, gaming, or related enthusiast communities
• Experience with creator management platforms, partnership tracking tools, and analytics dashboards
• Background in talent management, agency relationships, or creator economy platforms
• Understanding of content monetization strategies and creator compensation models
• Experience with A/B testing partnership strategies and audience segmentation
