Job Title: Community Manager at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer
Join our team for a unique career opportunity with the Thalhimer Multifamily team. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Community Manager for James River Villas in the South Richmond area.
Ideal Candidate: An enthusiastic, team-oriented individual who takes initiative and is flexible with working hours.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or 5 years of related property management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and property management software.
Qualifications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable and adaptable.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily community operations, including leasing, marketing, and maintenance.
- Manage tenant relations and provide excellent customer service.
- Market properties through various channels and conduct outreach programs.
- Respond to rental inquiries and track prospects.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and execute leases per policies and regulations.
- Supervise maintenance staff and oversee property expenditures.
- Implement renewal programs and maintain organized tenant files.
- Communicate with tenants regularly and conduct community inspections.
- Plan and host resident events and perform market surveys for rent adjustments.
