This role will sit at the intersection of business, technology, and operations. The role is aligned with the business goals and understands the technology, platforms, and ecosystems, allowing the team to prioritize solutions, articulate business requirements, and work with cross-functional teams.

Partner with Stakeholders to gather requirements and as key Business Marketing POC to advance our MarTech transformationCentralize roadmaps and Martech documentation for the teamDrive change management and MarTech education across the organizationManage an inventory of MarTech vendors, business users, and centralize budget trackingManage the process for contract review and management with legal, act as a strong partner to ensure the integrity of the dataLead execution of MarTech projects end-to-end, alongside business stakeholdersSupport MarTech transformation efforts, driving solutions, requirements and identifying use casesEstablish performance measures and monitor to ensure user adoption and value is realizedDevelop annual and quarterly plans for MarTech PlatformTroubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams and drive resolution to minimize business impactCreate and deliver a strategy to optimize digital experiences aligned to business priorities that contribute to developing relationships, increasing conversion, and improving the Marvin brand experienceLead the marketing technology team with a technical stack comprised of website CMS, DAM, WCAG Web Accessibility, Analytics, VOC, CRM, email marketing automation, and A/B Testing/Personalization, plus many more.Identify new marketing technologies, as neededTroubleshoot marketing technology problems
You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)
5+ years experience with product management, marketing technology, or advertising technologyExperience working directly with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Operations teams to provide business cases and requirementsExperience with marketing tools (website CMS platform, CRM or CDP software, and Google Analytics)General understanding of WCAG Web Accessibility guidelines and state-level privacy laws (like CCPA) impacting website cookie tracking and complianceExperience with web development, databases, JavaScript, HTML, and CSSProven experience leading a high-performing and collaborative teamAbility to effectively manage a variety of projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsExperience launching or driving adoption of products, demonstrating knowledge of customer needsExperience with operational processes and issue management and resolution Ability to effectively communicate, inform, and influence senior leadersAbility to work cross-functionally on multiple initiatives with a successful record of advancing projects
