Their work emphasizes constructability, cost-efficiency, and design-forward thinking. Position Summary : We are hiring MEP Designers with 3–15+ years of experience in system layout and documentation. Designers will support or lead the preparation of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing plans for commercial buildings, ensuring technical accuracy and code compliance throughout the design process. Senior-level candidates will guide project documentation, resolve complex design coordination challenges, and mentor junior team members.
