Overview
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels; planning and implementing marketing events; scheduling press conferences; drafting press releases; and developing leads. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and is able to lead a marketing team and support cross-functional teams.
Core Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing, including acting as liaison with SEO company, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Plan, execute, and measure experiments, conversion tests, and growth strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.1-3 years experience in digital marketing and advertising.Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, and with A/B and multivariate experiments.Working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends), and ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.Company Benefits/Perks
