OneTen is a full-service, in-house ad agency focused on delivering high-impact creative grounded in business knowledge, creative expertise and an invested passion for our Dish Network brands. Our award-winning team is one of the largest internal creative teams in Denver, and we are in search for an Associate Creative Director - Copy.Key Responsibilities:Supports creative director and client partners in the development of strategies, concepts,
and campaign executionsCollaborates with agency leadership in support of team initiatives and goalsManages a team of direct reports, supporting each individual’s professional developmentMentors copywriters to improve skill sets and elevate the quality of creativeSupervises multiple projects and creative teamsGuides written and visual articulation of ideas into campaign conceptsDirects the copy and strategic development of creative materialsLeads teams of creatives in development of ideasOversees quality control and consistency across copy and art directionEnsures brand identity and message consistency across channelsDevelops concepts that work across a variety of marketing channels: digital, social, website, print, pre-roll video (not traditional TV-centric)Executes campaigns and tactics, whether original creative or extensions of partner workLeads and participates in brainstorming sessionsEnsures copy resources are allocated according to project needsPresents and pitches ideas to key stakeholders
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or related field7+ years of agency experience, including 5+ years of copywriting experienceSkills and Qualifications:Proven leadership skills; ability to coach, mentor, motivate and foster a positive work environmentProven ability to evaluate creative team performance and guide improvementsProven ability to drive improvements in agency/partner relationships and performanceProven ability to evaluate creative and provide clear, actionable direction across strategy, concept and executionAbility to instill and maintain high creative standardsStrong creative, conceptual and strategic thinking skillsKnowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and developmentExcellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsAbility to prioritize work and resources based on short- and long-term needsExperience managing a team is strongly preferred
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/YearBenefits

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
