The role involves driving and being accountable for partner Go-to-Market strategies and campaign plans for assigned partners, including planning, execution, and reporting throughout the year. Success in this role depends on a partner-focused mindset and expertise in driving pipeline and creating enablement activities within the partner ecosystem. Responsibilities Define, execute, and report on Partner Co-Marketing plans throughout the fiscal year. Translate partner-specific value propositions into tailored marketing plans to meet various program requirements. Collaborate with sales leadership to secure buy-in for marketing plans, considering partner capacity and capability. Establish co-marketing budgets and costs aligned with sales contribution ratios and revenue objectives. Coordinate with internal marketing teams to select appropriate tactics, messaging, and channels to meet program goals. Provide operational support to partners for leveraging digital marketing assets and subject matter experts. Support marketing skills development and partner enablement initiatives. Regularly review performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimization. Collaborate with peers across different regions and engagement models within the company. Qualifications Bachelor’s or MS degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Administration, or Communications preferred; equivalent experience considered. 3-7 years of experience managing channel partnerships. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Experience in a similar role within a complex software/technology environment is a plus. Proficiency with tools like MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and analytics tools. Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience, ranging from $86,000 to $102,000, including base salary and target bonus.
