This is a full-time internship position for our Fall Rotation, from September 9, 2024 through December 20 , 2024 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.This intern will support BMW's omnichannel marketing initiative ("Road Ahead") with projects across the three pillars of the topic: use case activation, marketing technology value realization, and collaboration model operationalization. The initiative is tasked with delivering impactful, personalized, and connected customer experiences across brand touch points with a focus on digital engagement. Projects will cover a host of use case implementation tasks, reporting and insight generation, interaction with key technology partners and platforms and working model, project management tasks across internal and agency/partner stakeholders.The candidate will gain hands-on experience in various fields, such as media, website, data and audience development, omnichannel strategy and reporting, project management and marketing technology. This highly cross-functional initiative interfaces with Customer Interaction Management, BrandComms, media and digital teams among others as well as all key agencies and partners (Meta, Google, Adobe, etc) and offers an excellent opportunity to work across teams on a fast paced and visible topic.Key ResponsibilitiesProject management support on use case implementation and maintenance (coordinating tasks/dependencies across agency teams, updating manager with to-dos, flags, status)Report and insight generation support on key use cases and PoCs (support agency and internal team members on reviewing data (potentially querying data, applying SQL, etc), deducing insights and preparing presentations on findingsPrepare process documentation on collaboration model operationAd hoc research and analysis on relevant technology / privacy / industry topics with deck preparation / presentation on findingsDeliver weekly status reports on project management topics (use cases and key Road Ahead initiatives) with ongoing interfacing across project teamsAd hoc presentations on key research topics (ie, cookie deprecation, durable identifiers, CDP implementation, etc)Deck and documentation on collaboration model processes, including proposed optimizationsCollaboration on reporting tasks and deck preparation (existing use case reporting and stand-alone projects)Join the BMW North America team and enjoy a high-performance Total Rewards package that may include:Medical InsuranceAll with options for $0 Employee contributionPaid Time Off in addition to Company paid holidays where eligibleHybrid work environmentIntern Vehicle Lease ProgramThe hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate.
