As a Demand Generation/Growth Marketing Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will lead a dynamic marketing team, overseeing campaign execution, demand generation, and strategic initiatives to optimize the sales funnel. This role requires a data-driven, results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can collaborate across teams to drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage the marketing team’s deliverables, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and product growth initiatives.
- Drive Demand Generation efforts to attract and convert qualified leads, fueling sales pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with Sales to develop strategies that enhance closing rates and optimize the sales process.
- Develop & Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns that effectively engage target audiences and drive conversions.
- Analyze & Optimize Performance using data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies for maximum impact.
- Mentor & Inspire the marketing team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Align Cross-Functionally with other departments to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
- Report & Present Insights on key marketing performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain Brand Consistency by defining and upholding brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
- Stay Ahead of Trends by continuously innovating and implementing best practices in growth marketing.
- Contribute to Business Growth by supporting additional initiatives that enhance company culture and overall success.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record of executing successful campaigns.
- MUST HAVE people management experience
- MUST HAVE INDUSTRY experience in Fintech, Saas, Finance or Banking
- Proven expertise in go-to-market strategies within B2B SaaS or fintech.
- Content marketing experience across various formats.
- Deep knowledge of B2B marketing strategies , including buyer journeys, database segmentation, and analytics.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize performance.
