• Brings 2-3 years of agency experience in public relations, communications, or public affairs, ideally within the Boston market
• Demonstrates proven success with media relations, including pitching, placements, and relationship-building with local and national media
• Is adept at using social media strategically to enhance PR efforts and stays ahead of emerging digital trends
• Excels at managing multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines, and effectively prioritizing tasks
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactively offering creative solutions
• Has exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, media, and internal teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted day-to-day client contact, ensuring project goals and timelines are met
• Develop and implement innovative ideas to drive client initiatives forward and achieve measurable results
• Proactively monitor news, identify media opportunities, and secure strategic media placements
• Manage and enhance client presence across digital and social media platforms, providing insightful strategies for engagement
• Produce high-quality content tailored to client and media needs, including press releases, articles, pitches, and social media content
• Conduct comprehensive research and support the development of strategic pitches and presentations
• Track, analyze, and report media coverage, digital metrics, and other performance indicators to clients and internal stakeholders
