Job Title: Mid-level MEP Design Drawing Reviewer
Duration:12 months
Consultant Rate: $55/hr-$75/hr (depending on experience)
Job Description:
Looking for an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing building systems) consultant with a construction design background to provide support on various installs.
Not looking for facilities consultants . Need candidates that understand MEP criteria and ability to review design drawings. The consultant will be working hand in hand with clients Project Manager (PM) reviewing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) designs from the design vendor. Need to review design and make sure they meet client requirements. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Building systems design : 4 years (Required) strong Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) design: 4 years (Required) A&E/EPC firm background in construction: 4 years (Required) Ability to Commute: Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
