The Apple Design Team is seeking a receptionist to manage the front entry of the studio. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is essential.
Description
This role primarily involves managing studio entry, acting as the gatekeeper for Apple's confidential space by greeting visitors, tracking personnel, and managing meetings. Key responsibilities include managing meeting room calendars, handling mail, packages, and model deliveries, and supporting shipping activities. The role also involves liaising with studio administrators, performing opening and closing duties such as draping/covering work, stocking kitchens and resource rooms, and providing miscellaneous support as needed.

- Strong organizational skills and quick thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is part of a comprehensive total compensation package, with a range between $27.75 and $42.20 per hour, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
