Duration: Temporary – 30-day contract (with probable extensions)

Pay Rate: $24/hr - $29/hr

Must Haves

• Previous experience working as an AV Technician
• Experience working with specialized event spaces
• Experience working with video walls (Planar, Christie, Barco, Samsung, Daktronics)
• Experience with Audio Engineering
• White Glove Service: Demonstrated ability to provide high-level support to director-level executives and above in a corporate setting, ensuring smooth and professional AV experiences.

Day to day:

A client of Insight Global is looking to hire an AV tech to temporarily join their team in the Chicago area. This person will be responsible for running this customers special events. Responsibilities will include running scoping calls with the team for upcoming events, doing the dry run the day prior and then executing on the event day of. This role will be onsite everyday from 8-5 with the exception of event days, hours could be adjusted based on event timing.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
