Graphic Designer . a person!Responsibilities & DutiesConceptualizes and creates designs for: brochures, catalogs, email marketing campaigns, social media, sales presentations, tradeshows, webinar events, recruitment efforts, and internal company Marcom.Collaborates with marketing creative team and product groups to develop lead generating and thought leadership marketing campaigns.Generates creative concepts for marketing campaigns that reinforce our brand identity and clearly communicate our value propositions to our customers.Website development and design using a CMS (creating and updating pages, content, images).Product photography; retouching, masking, color correction, manipulation.Videography (basic filming and editing).Other duties as assigned.Qualifications1+ year of relevant experience (graphic design, visual communication, or interactive design skills); recent graduates are encouraged to apply!Bachelor's degree, preferably in Graphic Design, Visual or General Communications, Marketing, or similar related field.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Proficient in Adobe CC suite and comfortable working within new digital spaces.Some practical experience using:CRMs (Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce); setting up email campaigns.Marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp.Social media managers like Hootsuite, Butter, Sprout Social.CMS platforms (Wordpress, Webflow).Experience designing for digital

print.Page layout skills using InDesign (master pages, technical layouts).Photography/videography skills (understanding composition, lighting techniques, and basic video editing using Premier/After Effects).An eye for typography (the art of the font) to create engaging designs.Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, sometimes fast-paced environment; willingness to pitch in to help the team as needed.Must have a passion for branding, storytelling, and creating engaging designs that inspire our customers to become brand advocates.A strong communicator who can prioritize and manage multiple projects.Experience and expertise in creating website content and landing pages using WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other related technologies.BenefitsCompetitive starting salary ($55,000 to $70,000/year).Full benefit package that includes health, dental, life, vision, short/long term disability.Healthcare Advocate Patient Care.Tuition Reimbursement.Paid Time Off (PTO).Employee Referral Program.401(k) plan with company match, Profit Sharing.
