We're seeking an experienced Senior UI Designer to lead the design of intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces across our client's digital financial platforms. As a key member of our client's team, you'll collaborate closely with executive leadership, product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to create designs that align with business objectives and user needs. This will be a contract to hire position, requiring on-site presence in the Naperville office. Key Responsibilities : Develop and drive UI design strategy for enterprise-level financial products. Design responsive, intuitive, and visually engaging web and mobile user interfaces for investment platforms. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Mentor junior designers and ensure adherence to UI design best practices. Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity throughout implementation. Present design concepts and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. Requirements : UI design lead experience (7+ years), with a strong portfolio showcasing leadership in designing visually compelling and user-centered digital platforms. At least 3 years of experience in finance, banking, or asset management sectors. Expertise in designing complex, data-rich financial platforms that prioritize usability and aesthetics. Proven experience with UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools. Strong understanding of UI design principles, visual design trends, and design systems.
