Job Title: Senior UI Designer
Solution Partners, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior UI Designer to lead the design of intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces across our client's digital financial platforms. This is a contract-to-hire position requiring onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement UI design strategies for enterprise-level financial products.
- Create responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces for investment platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
- Mentor junior designers and ensure adherence to UI design best practices.
- Collaborate with developers to maintain design integrity during implementation.
- Present design concepts and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of UI design leadership experience with a strong portfolio in digital platforms.
- Experience in finance, banking, or asset management sectors.
- Expertise in designing complex, data-rich financial platforms emphasizing usability and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in UI design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
- Strong knowledge of UI design principles, visual trends, and design systems.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with implementing design systems in large organizations.
