This role requires a deep understanding of organizational culture, employee engagement, and change management. The successful candidate will partner with senior leadership and the C-suite and ensure effective messaging and engagement throughout the organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Build out and execute a comprehensive internal corporate communication strategy that supports business goals and enhances employee engagement
Leadership Collaboration:
Partner with senior leadership and the C-suite to align communication strategies with organizational priorities and initiatives
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication
Channel Management:
Develop and manage internal communication channels, including the intranet, employee newsletters, digital platforms, and town hall meetings
Content Creation:
Create and deliver engaging content in various formats, including written, visual, and multimedia, to resonate with diverse employee audiences
Data Analysis:
Analyze human capital data and provide insights and trends that inform internal communication strategies and decision-making
Performance Measurement:
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication programs, using data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Crisis Management:
Identify potential internal communication crises and develop effective response plans to mitigate impact
Trend Monitoring:
Stay current on internal communication trends and best practices, applying relevant innovations to enhance the communication strategy
M&A/Sales Communication:
develop communication strategies to support M&A and sales projects/pitches
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of corporate communication experience, preferably 7 years in corporate communications strategy.
Strong understanding of organizational culture and change management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
Ability to analyze human capital data and identify trends.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership and the C-suite.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
Experience in crisis communication.
Knowledge of employee engagement survey methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
