Designer & Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic Designer & Marketing Specialist who can blend creativity with strategic marketing execution. This role is ideal for a visual designer with a strong marketing acumen, capable of crafting compelling content and managing brand presence across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of marketing trends, and some account management experience to coordinate projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic & Digital Design
- Create engaging visual content, including digital ads, social media graphics, web assets, and print collateral.
- Develop brand-aligned presentations, infographics, and sales materials to support business development.
- Design and edit short-form videos for marketing campaigns and social media engagement.
- Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Manage and organize creative assets, photography, and video libraries.
Marketing & Content Strategy
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including web, social media, and email.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create content that supports business goals, including blog posts, case studies, and internal communications.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize content strategies.
- Maintain website content and ensure updates align with brand identity and messaging.
Account & Project Management
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage design requests and ensure projects are completed on time.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align creative output with business objectives.
- Oversee workflow processes for marketing and design projects, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with Canva and other digital design tools.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging designs.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with video editing, animation, and motion graphics .
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website content management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing analytics.
Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule: In-office Monday – Thursday, remote on Fridays.
