Overview
David Coleman/Architecture is seeking a talented Project Designer/Architect with 3 to 8 years of experience to collaborate on innovative, modern, custom residential and small commercial projects. We are a small, creative team focused on design, with a casual and fun studio environment. The work is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring team members to wear many hats. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in residential practice or establishing their own practice in the future. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate about architecture, and possess the following skills: Strong production skills, a love of detailing, and some construction administration experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to collaborate with and lead consultants, contractors, and clients. Ability to work independently and manage complex, small to medium-sized projects, particularly in custom residential design.
