Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Advertising Associate Director to lead our paid media strategy, execution, and performance marketing across multiple platforms. This role collaborates with Marketing and E-Commerce teams to align digital advertising with brand storytelling, revenue growth, and customer acquisition goals.
Location:
Remote with quarterly travel to HQ in Maine or North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
- Own & Execute Paid Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Revenue & Growth: Maximize ROAS, new customer acquisition, and LTV while managing ad spend efficiently.
- Performance & KPI Optimization: Monitor and refine strategies based on key metrics like CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV, and MER.
- Creative Strategy & Testing: Collaborate with media and design teams to produce high-impact ads.
- Audience Targeting & Data: Use lookalike modeling, retargeting, and first-party data to enhance campaigns.
- Budget Management: Oversee multi-million-dollar ad budgets for profitability and growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure ad strategies align with brand and product launches.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with industry trends and platform updates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital advertising, preferably in DTC eCommerce.
- Proven success in scaling paid media profitably.
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads.
- Experience with Triple Whale, Shopify, and Klaviyo is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics and attribution models.
- Experience in ad creative development and working with media/design teams.
- Ability to forecast and optimize multi-million-dollar ad budgets.
- Understanding of customer journey and full-funnel marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
