Mirbeau Hospitality Services is seeking a Digital Media Coordinator to join our Marketing team. The Digital Media Coordinator will help to grow Mirbeau's digital reach by working with the Marketing Manager to create influencer marketing strategy, social media, video content and digital ads. The successful candidate will have experience with social media, digital marketing/advertising and website design/development.

Job Description

• Implement influencer marketing strategy, vet influencer requests, manage outreach and communications with influencers, and work with Reservations to book influencer stays
• Produce and edit social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok that is consistent with brand image and messaging
• Film and assist with product photography shoots to launch new retail products in the Boutique and online at shop.mirbeau.com
• Report on social media analytics (i.e. follower growth, influencer campaigns) and any Meta campaigns in monthly marketing meetings with Executive Team
• Travel quarterly to support property-specific marketing initiatives, on-property photoshoots, and/or any marketing/promotional events
• Assist with overall marketing and content strategy for the brand and brainstorm brand awareness initiatives for new programs, products, and our new property Mirbeau Inn & Spa Beacon in 2026
• Implement budgets for influencer advertising and Meta advertising
• Create, monitor and adjust Meta Ads campaigns as needed
• Communicate with Facebook Support to solve technical issues as needed
• Work with the Marketing Manager on producing and editing video content that can be used across channels including paid Meta/social ads, Google/YouTube Ads and streaming TV campaigns
• Post Spa pop-up specials or other time-sensitive information as needed
• Work together with the Marketing Team to manage website content, fix errors, and help maintain a responsive website and optimized SEO
• Research SEO trends, keywords and make improvements to ads and website accordingly
• Assist with Google Ads Campaigns as needed
  
  

• Experience creating social media content, filming videos, and shooting photography
• Experience working with Meta Ads
• Experience with video production for web and digital ads including YouTube Ads, Facebook/Instagram Advertising, Reels, TikTok, TV Commercial
• Experience with website management and development; Wix EditorX experience a plus
• Must be current with digital landscape and advertising trends
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner a plus
• Streaming Advertising Platforms (Hulu, Spectrum, etc.) a plus
