What you will do: Develop and implement content and personalization strategies to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue. This includes managing the full lifecycle of tailored experiences from ideation to creation, delivery, measurement, and optimization. You will create experiences that meet customers where they are in the buying journey and connect them to the right destination, such as website content, inside sales, or marketing automation campaigns. This role leverages data and analytics to monitor performance, report insights, and optimize digital strategies for maximum results. You will establish a measurement operating model across channels like websites, social media, chatbots, and paid media, integrating innovative technology and data-driven insights to enhance JCI's online presence and customer experience. How you will do it: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop personalization campaigns.
Plan, implement, and monitor campaigns across Johnson Controls’ channels.
Oversee web lead routing, updating flows to ensure inquiries are efficiently directed.
Analyze visitor behavior using tools like GA4, SEMrush, Hotjar, and techniques such as A/B testing to provide actionable insights.
Share learnings and results with the global marketing team to elevate digital marketing efforts.
Manage vendor partners involved in design, user experience, content creation, SEO, and analytics.
Create detailed project plans including milestones, risks, and dependencies, with regular reporting.
Monitor project progress to ensure goals, schedules, and benefits are achieved.
Develop a measurement operating model for executive dashboards to report project status to leadership.
Ensure projects are organized and executed according to Johnson Controls’ standards.
Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications.
What we look for: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of experience managing large, global digital projects.
Ability to read HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, and communicate effectively with developers.
Experience with enterprise digital marketing tools like Sitecore, Eloqua, etc.
Highly organized, detail-oriented with strong planning and time management skills.
Positive attitude, growth mindset, and ability to empathize and view problems from multiple perspectives.
Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities diplomatically.
Ability to think globally and adapt messaging accordingly.
Passion for leading projects and driving change.
