Humana MarketPOINT’s Innovative Financial Group (IFG) Marketing agency is seeking two Graphic Designer 1’s to join the team! We are a creative collective built exclusively to support the business and the brand. Our sole purpose is to create meaning, influence choice, and motivate change through brand expression.As a Graphic Designer 1 for IFG, you will design brand identity systems and creative content for integrated marketing campaigns across all media. You will develop a range of stylistic and technical solutions against a creative brief, drive creative quality at all stages of the development process, and ensure creative campaign continuity for a line of business.Key Role FunctionsCollaborate with creative team and business partners to develop creative content for integrated marketing campaigns, across all mediaAssistance with the CMS compliance submission processes and marketing intakeTranslate creative strategy into a range of stylistic and technical solutions that express the brand and fulfill the business objectives defined in the creative briefProduce creative concepts, presentations, brand identity systems, design solutions, and final art files with minimal supervisionEnsure brand consistency, campaign continuity, and creative quality for a line of businessPrepare final press-ready filesAttentive to industry trends, provides recommendations for tools, process, and best practicesDemonstrates knowledge of motion design – using 2D and 3D animation to bring static images to lifeSome help with our digital lead generation team and the lead sales and distribution processTo be successful in this role, you are a curious, conceptual thinker with a critical eye and attentive to details. Your portfolio demonstrates your ability to translate business and brand objectives into compelling, effective solutions, and the application of your design and production mastery to a wide variety of print, digital, and environmental assignments.This is an hourly position that will report to the Senior Business Systems Analyst. It is strongly preferred that the candidate be located in or near Wilmington, NC and they will work a hybrid workstyle with a minimum of 3 days per week in-office. For the right candidate, we may consider remote nationwide which will require overnight travel to Wilmington at least once a month for in-person collaboration depending on business needs. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in a creative field or equivalent related work experienceAn industry competitive portfolio
(Portfolio samples must be submitted with application to be considered. Include a maximum of 5 work samples which best demonstrate your skills)Experience as a professional designer in an agency or in-house environment
