This position offers uncapped commission in addition to a base pay. Successful candidates are expected to earn over $80,000-$90,000 in the first year (on-target earnings). The base pay starts at $20 per hour and depends on factors such as experience, education, location, and certifications. Purpose
This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. The canvasser must record accurate data about prospective customers and the targeted market area. The position includes a base monthly driving incentive and variable mileage reimbursement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work diligently to generate leads through door-to-door campaigning in the assigned territory, creating qualified sales opportunities under the guidance of the Canvassing Program Manager.
- Transport yourself to the assigned area and work independently, representing Renewal by Andersen professionally at all times.
- Use Renewal by Andersen mapping and business applications to accurately record house-to-house information and data.
- Maintain a neat, clean appearance in proper uniform with required permits at all times.
- Attend company meetings as required.
- Communicate ideas for improving the canvassing program to the Canvassing Program Manager.
- Master Renewal by Andersen’s methodology, products, and promotional offerings, becoming a Signature Service expert.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
- Minimum age of 21 for company insurance coverage
- Reliable transportation
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets
- Physically able to stand and walk 3-5 miles daily
