All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.Learning and Optimizing Processes: The Director leads activities focused on learning and optimizing the organization's business processes. They oversee Business Process Design & Improvement on major projects and provide forward-looking technical, process, systems, and organizational guidance within and outside of the group.Research Initiatives: They develop research initiatives to study best practices and industry trends related to business process optimization.Engaging Experts and Cross-Functional Groups: The Director collaborates with subject matter experts and business leaders and works with cross-functional teams to gather input for transformation with impact enterprise-wide. Ensures project decision-making is aligned with strategic and business objectives. Also, ensures projects/initiatives achieve business, functional and operational goals within client time, budget, and priority constraints. Strong ability to advise team, clients and stakeholders on philosophy, direction, and policy.Executive Leadership: They collaborate with executive leadership to generate transformative insights and recommendations.Data-Driven Analysis: They establish processes and tools to collect and measure relevant data, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and produce data-driven analyses of critical functions.Documentation and Training: The Director oversees and directs documentation, tools, and training to support the adoption of new business processes.Effective Leader: The individual will not only lead a team but also actively contribute and get things done. Resolves critical issues from team, clients, business partners, and leaders.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 10 years' experience in related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 8 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 5 years' experience in a related field, or 14 years' experience in a related field.5+ years' experience in a management or leadership role.Green Belt certification.Excellent collaboration, communication, execution, and relationship building skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.Proficiency in operational process improvement methodology and business process management techniques.Proven experience in business process optimization, preferably in a leadership role.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Human Resources.Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, presentation and critical thinking skills.Ability to make decisions considering long-term implications.Knowledgeable in Operational risk management practicesProficient in process mapping.USD 129,100.00 - 215,100.00 per yearCompensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $129,100.00 - $215,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
