As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading and executing the overall marketing strategy of the company. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on public relations, digital marketing, brand management, and general marketing strategy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Write and edit press releases that convey the Company and CEO's vision, ensuring clear and effective communication of key messages.
Draft statements and responses to inquiries from the media, stakeholders, and the public.
Develop and own the public communications strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Foster positive relationships with media outlets and key influencers.
Oversee and manage the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with brand messaging.
Take charge of all social media outlets, developing and executing social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative digital marketing strategies.
Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
Implement brand guidelines and ensure brand integrity in all communication materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to align branding strategies with product launches and marketing campaigns.
Monitor market trends and consumer preferences to evolve and strengthen the brand over time.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the company's outside sales initiatives.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and potential challenges.
Create and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, drive customer acquisition, and promote brand loyalty.
